1. Service scope
KunciPay provides software for spend control, approvals, ERP and accounting records, reports, audit evidence, and generic CSV export. The platform currently does not hold, transfer, settle, or otherwise process customer funds. It is a non-custodial software system, not a bank or payment service.

KunciPay提供支出管控、审批、ERP与会计记录、报表、审计证据及通用CSV导出软件。平台目前不持有、转移、结算或以其他方式处理客户资金。平台属于非托管软件系统，并非银行或支付服务。
2. Regulatory context
KunciPay is not licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia as a bank, money services business, e-money issuer, or payment system operator. References to Malaysian tax or financial requirements are provided only to help users prepare and review their own records. KunciPay does not represent that it is connected to, approved by, or submitting records to Bank Negara Malaysia or LHDN.
2. 监管语境
KunciPay并非马来西亚国家银行许可的银行、货币服务业者、电子货币发行商或支付系统运营商。平台提及马来西亚税务或金融要求，仅用于协助用户准备和审阅自身记录。KunciPay不表示其已连接马来西亚国家银行或马来西亚内陆税收局、获得其认可或正向其提交记录。
3. User responsibilities
Users must use KunciPay for lawful business purposes, maintain secure credentials, enter information they are authorised to process, and review records before relying on them. Users remain responsible for filing, payment, employment, tax, and regulatory decisions made from their records.
3. 用户责任
用户须将KunciPay用于合法商业用途、妥善保管登录凭证、仅输入其获授权处理的资料，并在依赖记录前完成审阅。用户仍须对依据记录作出的申报、付款、雇佣、税务及监管决定负责。
4. Human review
KunciPay does not replace an accountant, tax agent, auditor, lawyer, payroll specialist, or other qualified adviser. Accounting entries, tax information, payroll information, exports, and automated suggestions must be reviewed by authorised personnel before use or submission.
4. 人工审核
KunciPay不能取代会计师、税务代理、审计师、律师、薪资专业人员或其他合资格顾问。会计分录、税务资料、薪资资料、导出文件及自动化建议，在使用或提交前必须由授权人员审核。
5. Customer data
Customers retain ownership of their business data. KunciPay processes that data only to operate, secure, support, and maintain the service, and to meet applicable legal obligations. Our current hosting and data-transfer practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. 客户数据
客户保留其商业数据的所有权。KunciPay仅为运行、保护、支持及维护服务，以及履行适用法律义务而处理该等数据。当前托管及数据传输方式载于隐私政策。
6. Availability
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, security work, incidents, or infrastructure disruption. KunciPay does not provide a guaranteed uptime, service credit, or service-level agreement unless those terms are set out in a separate contract signed by both parties.
6. 服务可用性
服务可能因维护、安全工作、事故或基础设施中断而暂时无法使用。除非双方另行签署的合同明确约定，否则KunciPay不保证正常运行时间、不提供服务抵扣，亦不承诺服务等级协议。
7. Changes and governing law
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date. Questions or account-closure requests may be sent to the support address below.
